Get Personalized Support That Takes the Stress Out of Insurance

The Right Plans for Your Needs.

We recognize that your needs and situation are unique. We spend the time to get to know you to make sure that you get coverage and support that fits your lifestyle.

Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage plans are new health care options that are part of the Medicare program. Coverage may include Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage as well as hospital, doctor, and skilled nursing.

Medicare Supplement

A Medicare Supplement (MediGap), sold by private companies, can help pay some of the health care costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover, like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.

Medicare Part D

Medicare Part D is the federal government's prescription drug program that covers both brand-name and generic prescription drugs at participating pharmacies in your area.

Individual Health/Covered CA

No one plans to get sick or hurt, but most people need medical care at some point. Health insurance covers these costs and protects you from very high expenses associated with illness.

Vision Insurance

At its most basic level, vision insurance helps cover the cost of routine eye exams, contact lenses and glasses. Some vision plans also pay for corrective procedures such as laser eye surgery. Additionally, most plans include one pair of glasses or contacts a year.

Dental Insurance

Proper dental care can be an important component of our well being. Dental coverage can help you ensure healthy teeth and gums for you and your covered family members.

ABOUT JOHN GLAU INSURANCE

Your Trusted Insurance Professional:

Medicare is complex, and your Medicare choices can be confusing.

  • What plan should you sign up for? Original Medicare? With a Supplement/Medigap plan?
  • Would a Medicare Advantage plan be better for you?
  • How about prescription drug coverage?
  • If you’re 65 or older but still working and receiving medical insurance coverage through your employer, should you sign up for coverage or wait until you retire?
  • When should you sign up for Medicare Parts B and D to avoid penalties?
  • When can you sign up for a Medicare Advantage Plan?
  • If you already have a plan, is it the best one for you, or should you change and when?
  • Do you qualify for additional assistance to help with your medical expenses?

I can help you understand the Medicare system and help you select and enroll you in the plan best suited to your personal needs. There are four primary factors that determine the best Medicare options for you:

  1. Prescription drugs you are currently taking
  2. The doctors and other health providers you currently see
  3. Your lifestyle (mostly related to how often, how long, and to where you travel)
  4. Your finances (considering higher premiums vs lower annual maximum out-of-pocket exposure. or vice-versa)

I will review each of the four areas with you to determine your best Medicare options. The review can take place in your home, at my office in downtown Paso Robles, or remotely by telephone or online meeting through Zoom.
